Fixed-term project

Large-scale digital transformation across VCAT services, including RDRV, public websites, portals and case management. Led the RDRV digital experience from concept to public launch, built a multi-brand design system for VCAT and RDRV, analysed 200+ legal notice types into reusable patterns, and led UI and WCAG 2.1 AA/AAA accessibility testing. Design lead on VCAT's case-management platform (Power Apps and Power Pages).
